Terms & Conditions for Pre-Order of the NKN-Softshell

  1. Pre-Order Price and Payment

    • The pre-order price excludes shipping costs, which will be calculated and invoiced separately.

    • A deposit is required to secure your pre-order. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total purchase price of the NKN-Softshell.

  2. Deposit Policy

    • The deposit is non-refundable should you decide to cancel your pre-order, except in cases where Nokken is unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances.

    • Full payment of the remaining balance will be required prior to the shipment of your order.

  3. Limited Availability

    • This pre-order opportunity is available for a limited run of units. Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

  4. Shipping and Delivery

    • Shipping costs are not included in the pre-order price. These costs will vary depending on your location and will be communicated to you prior to the final payment.
